October 11, Ringu Tulku Rinpoche will come to the Rigpa Center in Amsterdam. A wonderful opportunity to receive teachings from this Tibetan Buddhist teacher whose vast knowledge and entertaining, accessible teaching style has made him popular among Buddhist students around the world.
The title of the lecture is “Finding Our Inner Wisdom”. The Buddha teaches us that everything is impermanent, that everything is interconnected, and essentially empty (or: full of possibilities…). With these three steps, we come to an understanding of how things really are, not how we think they are. This is the View of the Middle Way, Mahayana. Ringu Tulku Rinpoche, through his explanations and insightful stories, can show us how living with this View can give us a sense of direction, how it can help us find our way in these turbulent times.
Born in Kham, Eastern Tibet in 1952, Ringu Tulku is a Tibetan Buddhist teacher whose scholarship, fluent English, and entertaining, responsive teaching style have become popular among students of Buddhism throughout the world.
